What clients have to say:
"I went to Katherine for stress management and lower back pain problems that have bothered me for a while. During our first session, she taught me self hypnosis with some specific daily affirmation we created together. Within just a few days of practicing self hypnosis with the audio recording she made for me, I felt much more calm and centered. After six sessions with Katherine, I learned several different techniques to better manage my stress and limiting thoughts while healing my back pain. I was amazed by the discoveries. This has been a mind blowing experience. Overall, I’ve become more positive and face new challenges with a purpose while having a peace of mind everyday. Thank you, Katherine! You are a great hypnotherapist with a warm and caring attitude. You helped me be a person of ease, calm, and centeredness. I am forever grateful." - C from California
"Katherine is an absolutely wonderful hypnotherapist. She made me feel so at ease with her patience and friendly, easy-going manner. Everything is explained very clearly and no question feels uncomfortable to ask as she is highly approachable and non-judgemental. Every meeting I have had with her has left me feeling positive and invigorated. Katherine also provides guidance on self-hypnosis and caters her style to what works for you. The hypnosis itself is a comfortable and relaxing experience. It's fascinating to see what comes up from the subconscious and I find guided hypnosis so much more effective than just doing it by myself. Having Katherine to lead me through the steps and keep me focused on them whilst helping me maintain a tranquil mind allows me to reach a deeper state of hypnosis. I would recommend Katherine to anyone and will certainly go to her again for any hypnotherapy needs in future." - E from the UK
